The only reason I made it was to install the required MUI files in their proper location. Sticky Pad is an essential, simple-to-use program which allows you to instantly place sticky notes directly onto your desktop with Windows. The installer doesn't modify any file or the Registry on your computer. They are not modified and have not been tampered with. The installer is built using genuine files from Windows 10. It comes with almost the full set of MUI files, so it will be in your native language out-of-the-box. The package supports both Windows 10 32-bit and Windows 10 64-bit. The screenshots were made in Windows 10 build 18247.

The Desktop shortcut is optional, you can choose to not create it.

The installer will extract all the necessary files quickly and create a shortcut on the desktop and in the Start menu.
